Almus® Announces First Generic Off-Patent Launch

Almus Pharmaceuticals UK announces their first 'day one' launch, Pravastatin Sodium on 10 August 2004. Almus Pharmaceuticals UK are also offering a same-day delivery of Pravastatin orders placed by midday on day one.

Almus Pharmaceuticals' first off-patent launch, Pravastatin, follows only eighteen months after the Almus® range was introduced. The colour-coded generic range continues to challenge the way the generic market operates, now adding another high profile medicine to its rapidly expanding range.

Pravastatin is presented in the Almus® livery of orange packaging with a blue strip (40mg), silver strip (20mg) and mint strip (10mg).
